My recipient had to round the shop picking up the grocery herself as OK had not done it at all. Sometimes they struggled to get the exact thing ordered and needed a replacement and noone was available to help. Very poor customer service that needs to improve if they need more customers. The mobile phone on the group chart is not helpful at all its never answered and I wonder why they form a group chart with that # if it is not manned! Please give us our money’s worth!
